The delivery method of the Skilled Trades Employment Program has allowed us to place over 5000 individuals into successful employment since our inception in 2006.

The incorporation of individual programs can be facilitated into our existing infrastructure without the high costs to set up additional administration functions within this infrastructure allowing for the true net funds to go into actual client assistance. By using our Provincial model we can offer extended coverage across the province to remote locations that cannot otherwise be accessed by many programs. Our TES’s travel to these remote locations on a regular basis and can facilitate one on one interventions with individuals that would not otherwise be reached by conventional program models.
