STEP has a strong history of results and has the statistics to demonstrate the organization’s ability to successfully operate multiple programs under the same STEP umbrella. 

The incorporation of individual programs can be facilitated into the existing infrastructure without the high costs typically associated with the set up of additional administrative functions.  By operating this way, we can funnel the true net funds into actual client assistance.

Since 2006:

  • 5532 individuals have been served by our staff
  • 205 individuals have been placed into training
  • 1464 individuals have been placed into employment
  • 725 individuals have received training and been placed into employment
