Trades Employment Specialists

Trades Employment Specialists have experience with the trades and understand what it takes to have a career in the Skilled Trades. They will be your constant link between the candidate and employer to ensure that the needs of both the employer and the employee are met.

Trades Employment Specialists assess candidate employment potential, suggest training options, and coordinate work placements that match skills and experience with employment opportunities in BC.  The Trades Employment Specialists help candidates to be job-ready or to obtain the required skills to become employed in the Skilled Trades. After helping them find employment the TES provides on-going support to both employee and employer during the transition.
