Who We Are

The Skilled Trades Employment Program (STEP) is a no fee service that connects employers to the skilled workers they need. STEP’s unique model allows us to address the wide range of needs of both employers and workers across the province of British Columbia. Our unique funding in combination with our direct connection to employers in BC is what makes STEP so successful.

Our offices and our Trades Employment Specialist are located across the province of British Columbia, servicing BC from as far north as Fort Nelson all the way to the southern border of BC, with our main regional offices in Victoria, Prince George, Vancouver, and Kelowna.
