STEP 3.0

STEP 3.0 is geared towards helping individuals who have minimal experience in the trades and those wanting to enter the trades, to find employment. The Step 3.0 initiative connects eligible clients to the training and support they may need to enter or advance in a trades related career.

STEP 3.0, funded through the Canada – BC Labour Market Agreement, is targeted towards British Columbians who are unemployed and non-EI eligible or who are employed, but lacking recognized certification, high school diplomas, or essential skills.
